| APRE is now offering A-pre Licensing Observation. An Advocate will identify noncompliance issues, will make suggestions to avoid/eliminate noncompliance issues and will identify as many noncompliance issues as possible. There is no guarantee that the Advocate will identify all issues a Licensor may identify or take exception to. By pre-identifying possible issues providers will be able to reduce the number of FLICA's written against them and be proactive in any adverse action which could result from a noncompliance. |
